Which products count toward a gift?
Only the participating products listed below count toward gifts. Where variants are listed, only those variants qualify. Other products, variants and shipping are excluded.

What if my cart also contains other products?
Only participating products count toward the gift threshold. For example, $80 of participating products plus $250 of other products gives $80 of qualifying spend, so no gift is unlocked.
How is my gift tier calculated?
Your tier is based only on participating products after discounts. Shipping and non-participating products are excluded. Applicable coupons reduce the products they cover; order-wide points and payment discounts are allocated proportionally. Spend $100 for one box of FLAME cartridges, $300 for Silver Label paper plus FLAME, or $500 for a single-battery G12PRO in black or gold. Your gift is confirmed when the qualifying order is paid.
Can I choose my gift configuration?
Yes. Choose your FLAME configuration, or black or gold for the single-battery G12PRO. Sign in and select your gift in your cart. If your selection is still pending after payment, complete it in your order details. The gift is linked to your account and that order.
Do the gift tiers stack?
One gift tier applies per paid order: the highest tier you qualify for. The $300 tier includes both paper and FLAME; the $500 tier includes one G12PRO, without the lower-tier gifts.
Can I add a spin-wheel coupon?
The wheel pauses during the gift campaign. Existing coupons follow their validity, eligible products and campaign restrictions; being a wheel prize does not by itself make a coupon unavailable.
Can I use points with coupons or bundles?
Yes. Eligible coupons and bundles allow points by default, subject to their settings. Points cover up to 20% of eligible merchandise after discounts. Only participating items in a bundle count toward gifts, after points and other applicable reductions. Flash sales and quantity-tier discounts remain excluded from points.
What about delivery and warranty?
Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates depend on your destination and order. Tattoo-machine warranty coverage, exclusions and service procedures follow the applicable product terms and store warranty policy.
